Description
Data Entry / Invoicing.- Manage and route phone calls appropriately.
- Stock Counting and Reporting.
- Organize company documents into updated filing systems.
- Customer service and support.
- Other administrative work as required by the department.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Coordinate and assist the customers with there phone inquiries
- Maintain and update the stock/inventory reports for the department
- Making sure all the Administrative works and filings are done for day to day basis.
Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
