Description
Data Entry / Invoicing.

  • Manage and route phone calls appropriately.
  • Stock Counting and Reporting.
  • Organize company documents into updated filing systems.
  • Customer service and support.
  • Other administrative work as required by the department.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain and update the customer database
  • Coordinate and assist the customers with there phone inquiries
  • Maintain and update the stock/inventory reports for the department
  • Making sure all the Administrative works and filings are done for day to day basis.

Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
