Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.

As an HRBP, you will be a strategic partner to our organization, working closely with senior leadership and providing comprehensive HR support and guidance.

Your role will involve aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring effective HR practices across the organization.


Responsibilities:


Strategic HR Partnership:
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.

Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on various HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Proactively identify HR-related challenges and recommend solutions to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.

Support and coach managers in conducting performance evaluations, goal-setting, and feedback conversations to drive performance and development.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to develop effective recruitment strategies, ensuring the selection of top talent that aligns with the organization's values and requirements.

Partner with managers to create career development plans and succession strategies, identifying high-potential employees and supporting their growth within the organization.


HR Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring alignment with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements, providing guidance and recommendations to ensure compliance.
Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes are in line with company policies and legal standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Indepth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed HR decisions.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
