Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings for accuracy and completeness, addressing discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain architectural drawings and project documentation.
• Effectively communicate with project team members to clarify design intent and resolve issues.
• Stay updated on drafting software and demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD.

Knowledge and Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed architectural drawings.
• Understanding and application of drafting standards, symbols, and notations.
• Knowledge of construction documentation processes for permit applications.
• Familiarity with local building codes and ability to integrate them into drawings.
