Project Sourcing Specialist


Location:

Experience: 3+ Years


Job Profile:
GCC Experience.

Oil and Gas Industry Experience.

Prior experience in or as a procurement planner, production planner.

Control of project spent vs tender CBU Budget.

Buying guide compliance.

Optimize quantity of supplier to meet project targets.

Ariba compliance.

On time PO issues vs project schedule.

PMO project KPIs/ KPOs.

Implement plans and tactics to effectively manage the sourcing activities (issue RFQ, conduct bid analysis, issue PO) related to the assigned portfolio of projects to maximize supplier performance (cost, quality, lead time) during project execution.

Experience in Construction/ Production facilities, procurement, purchasing.

Mandatory experience in gas processing/ water processing/ oil processing.
