    Description

    The HR Supervisor oversees daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and supporting workforce management to align with business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records
    • E nsure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
    • Handle employee relations and disciplinary processes < li >Prepare HR reports (headcount turnover ,payroll summary) .< l i- Supervise -and guide the HR team .< /l i >< h3>-Requirements:* Bach elor 's degree in Human R esources Business or related field * Strong knowledge of UAE La bour law .* Experience in pay roll & H RMS systems.< br>* Strong leadership communication skills < span style='color:#FF0000'>*
