What You'll Be DoingLead digital transformation initiatives for high-profile public sector clients, steering end-to-end IT projects from conception to execution.

Manage multidisciplinary teams—both internal and external—leveraging deep industry knowledge and agile project management practices to design and implement effective IT transformation the design, evaluation, and refinement of IT functions and architectures, facilitating key discussions with senior client leadership and providing strategic insights based on evolving industry trends.

Collaborate with major players in the Energy sector—particularly oil & gas and petrochemicals—supporting their digital and IT transformation journeys across various market segments.

What You'll Need to SucceedA degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a related field with excellent academic performance.6–8 years of experience in IT consulting, particularly in leading transformation and implementation projects.

Background in the oil & gas or broader energy industries, including petrochemicals, is highly desirable.

Proven leadership in managing project teams, including stakeholder and client skills in resource planning and team grasp of IT organizational development and operational processes.

Ability to plan technology initiatives and build robust business cases.
Excellent command of English and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
