A reputed company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Sales Coordinator who has experience preferably in Audio Visual & ELV System.

Job Description.
Assisting account managers in responding to customers' requests and inquiries

Internal coordination between Sales, Pre-sales, and Service teams to meet customers'expectations and requests

Contacting suppliers and technology vendors to inquire about solutions, pricing, and items availability.

Follow up with the service team for support tickets raised to account managers.

Assisting sales and presales teams in arranging demos and sales presentations.

Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's. Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.

Liaising with Product or Brand Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements

Work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations.

This job will also include understanding the customer's needs and pitching the company's products as suitable solutions


Requirements:

Preferred Minimum of 1 to 2 years UAE experience in in
Audio Visual & ELV System.

Main Task:

  • Review & prepare quotations as per clients requirements
  • Reconciles the pricing and units of measure for final document presentation (final or last check).

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Analytical and detailoriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sales and business skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player is very important.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
