Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential buyers and sellers in the secondary real estate market
  • Conduct property viewings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase available listings and highlight their unique features
  • Assist clients with pricing strategies, market analysis, and negotiations to maximize their property's value and ensure a successful sale
  • Stay informed about market trends, local regulations, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and advice to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property listings using our CRM system

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably in the secondary market
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhoods
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
  • Real estate license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe
