    • Achieves the monthly and annualpersonal target contributing to the Salesrevenue.
    • Develops and reviews Personal BusinessPlan which is linked to the Hotel's Annual BusinessPlan.

    Administration

    • Ensures that an efficient andaccurate filing system, both manuals as well as electronic, ismaintained at all times.
    • Maintains complete andsupported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotationsfor the Hotel:
    • Establishes an efficient tracefile to ensure that all business booked is properlytracked.
    • DatabaseManagement
    • AccountMapping
    • MonthlyMIS
    • Adherence to Standard OperatingProcedures

    CustomerService

    • Entertains and conducts hotelinspections to clients wheneverrequired.
    • Establishes and maintains strongrelationship with the established clientele and constantly exploresinto new business opportunities.
    • Liaises andworks closely with the related operation departments ensuringguest's requests and expectations are beingmet.
    • Ensures responses within stipulatedtimelines.
    • Handles all customer complaints andservice recovery promptly.

    Operational

    • Ensures professional sales Callsusing Hyatt's ConsultativeSelling
    • Professionally conducts routinetelemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities.Follows up sales leads to identifyprospect.
    • Plans and makes Sales trips to theparties concerned which is our current and potential clientele toexplore into new businessopportunities.
    • Establishes strong contacts tosource for information in regard to planned and upcoming functions/events.
    • Attends and contributes to all trainingsessions and meetings as required.
    • Ensures highstandards of personal presentation andgrooming.
    • Responds to changes in the Sales andMarketing function as dictated by the industry, company andhotel.
    • Carry out any other reasonable dutiesand responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma inHospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experienceas Sales Coordinator in hotel operations. Good problem solving,administrative and interpersonal skills are amust.
