Whatyou'll do...

• Orders and manages necessarysupplies. Ensuring workers have supplies, equipment, tools, anduniforms necessary to do their jobs.
• Monitorsthe inflow of ordered materials and the maintenance of currentmaterials.
• Conducts china, glass and silverinventories.
• Controls inventories of food,equipment, smallware, and liquor, and report shortages todesignated personnel.
• Inspects supplies,equipment, and work areas in order to ensure efficient service andconformance to standards.
• Manages allequipment, china and glass.
• Enforces propercleaning routines for equipment, floors, tools,etc.
• Enforces proper use and cleaning of alldish room machinery.
• Ensures all food holdingand transport equipment is in workingorder.
• Ensures compliance with food handlingand sanitation standards.
  

Qualifications

Whatwe're looking for...

• 3+ years of experience as ChiefSteward in a high volume hotel /restaurant.
• You're a strong teamleader, a natural at managing and inspiring others in a way thatgets the best out of them.
• You combineanalytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detailand a solution-focused approach.
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills. Fluent inSpanish.
• You have a solid understanding oflocal legal compliance requirements.
