- Perform duties according to the DutyRoster prepared by the Director of Security. The Security Officermay be deployed to any of the following DutyPosts:
- Security Control RoomDuty;
- Lobby Duty;
- LoadingBay;
- Patrolling or ObservationDuty;
- Back of House;
- VIPParking;
- Or at any position where operations inSecurity field willbenefit
- Ensure that allsecurity systems function smoothly. Initiate immediate correctiveaction when fault is detected
- AssistManagement, employees and guests in every way that is consistentwith the protection and preventionobjectives
- Coordinate with various departmentsand government agencies on routine matters and duringemergency
- Monitor back of house areas withparticular attention to unauthorized entry and exitpoints
- Maintains records in respective LogBooks for future reference
- Keep Manager orCrisis Management Team informed on the latest development ofsituation in a crisis
- Conduct inventory onkeys, passes, walkie-talkies, pagers and all other accountablestock
- Ensure the cleanliness of Hotel SecurityRoom and the surrounding areas
