Job Responsibilities

Camp
Early bird
New term / new season promotion.
End of term events
Weekly Newsletter / Mailchimp

Sport program promotion Communication via the Whatsapp system for all areas

SMS communication throughout the season

Master Marketing Document
Updating and ensuring we are in line with all marketing requirements. Detail on calendar deadline for creation, ordering and distributing

Include a date for spot checks and photos to be shared (separate tracker for Arjun to monitor this)

Overseeing (with Bryan) the physical marketing at venues / sign ups

Creating new viable marketing opportunities

Monitoring School website and ensuring our information is present and up to date.

Checking marketing materials that are used (x-frames/pull-ups etc.) and inform when new material is required.

Social Media

Social Media Calendar
Social Media Posting
Social Media customer engagement (likes / comments etc.)
Posting and engaging in community Facebook groups (where allowed)
Checking of Google Reviews/Messages

Reports
Generate monthly metric reports Newsletter / Mailchimps

Social Media Pages

Monthly SMS Count Report - For Accounts Requirement

Flyers

Editing of flyers / marketing
Ordering of Flyers
Tracking of flyer distribution at venues

Website

Updating schedule and monitor the website design and functionality.
Ensure all information for sessions / prices / photos etc. is up to date and live.
Any website issues/changes to be address immediately.
Website new/blogs to be created for approval and updated in line with master calendar.
Creating and monitoring classcard reports
Monitor and Generate Lead reports from classcard

Venue

Content collection throughout the season at different venues, that can be posted on social media stories.
Attending signup days at venues to collect customer data

Attending galas/leagues/end of season events for social media coverage Taking photos/videos (use for fixed posts & stories)

Conducting simple interviews for customer engagement

Job Qualifications:
