An international Training and consultancy company requires a full-time Training Officer/Training Consultant.


General Requirements:

• Preferred nationality: Any National
• Can work under pressure with less supervision. Customer serviceoriented.

Background Requirement:
Must have working experience in Training or related industry (3 years required)

The duties will include but not limited to:

• Demonstrate extensive marketing strategy, program and its implementation to maximize the business in CORPORATE, Oil & Gas companies, Govt. sector and other industries
• Accountable to find new targets and leads to promote the sales and increase the business and finding new strategies to attract new customers and boost the relationship with all corporate major clients by visiting them as Company representative and maintain the image and reputation of the Company
• Accomplish corporate business on monthly basis by promoting the company programs to Corporate (all region) both Inhouse and Public courses
• Achieve sales objective by forecasting market requirements; contribute recommendations and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; productivity and customerservice standards, resolve problems, identify trends; determine sales marketing system improvements
• The job role includes client relationship management, business development, negotiation, closing deals, coordination
