We are looking for a
Head of Talent Acquisition to help us achieve our ambitious goals of expanding our presence in the global market.

The opportunity

As the Head of Talent Acquisition at Easygenerator, you will be responsible for:

Talent acquisition strategies:Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans

Leading the talent acquisition team:Lead and mentor a team of recruitment specialists, providing guidance and support to drive high-performance outcomes

Stakeholder management:Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans for each department

Data analysis:Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, leveraging data and metrics to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

Collaboration with recruitment agencies:Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services

Qualifications:

Our ideal Head of Talent Acquisition will have:

A bachelor's degree (in human resources, business or a related field) or higher
8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on fullcycle recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills: you can take the lead in a conversation, but you also know when it's time to listen
Experience working with targets and KPIs and stakeholder management
You take initiative, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
High energy and positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment

Steps in the interview process:

Interview with a recruiter
Interview with one of the members of the management team
Roleplay assessment
A final interview with Joop (our boardroom advisor)

The interview process typically takes 2-3 weeks to complete.
