Sales Coordinator Freshers - Sharjah, United Arab Emirates - Magnum Technology Center FZE
Description
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as logistics and inventory, to ensure ontime order fulfilment.
- Assist sales representatives in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Maintain and update sales records, including customer information, order history, and sales activities.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Compile sales data and generate regular reports on sales performance and key metrics.
- Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events, and assist in making necessary arrangements.
- Manage and maintain salesrelated documents, files, and databases.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the sales department.
- Prequalification works with new clients.
Additional Responsibilities:
- As advised by the Department Head
Key Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
Pre-Requisites:
- Proficiency in English
- Diploma Holder in any field
- Good computer skills (MS Office) Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
Experience:
Sales Coordination: 2 years (preferred)
