Providing project cost/planning and scheduling leadership.
Preparation of project control plan for the project in accordance with procedures and objectives.
Providing project control summary to relevant stakeholders.
Working closely with the project team assisting and guiding on any project control/planning issues.

Head of Planning Department – RequirementsQualified to degree level in an EngineeringSolid construction experience in roads, infrastructure and building works within the middle east15 years of work experience in a Planning capacity working on large scale construction projects.

English speaking and writing – Arabic a plus.
Good oral communication skills (meetings with contractors, senior authority management, technical disciplines).
