The Role:


Puffy is looking for an
Asana Program Manager to join our Dubai office that will handle long-term program strategy and success metrics.


What you'll be doing:


  • Responsible for the optimization of the Asana Project Management tool
  • Streamline all Asana project tool standard processes and procedures
  • Adapt new Asana features to existing protocols and train team members
  • Analyze all projects on the Asana project tool and prepare appropriate reports to resolve all risk mitigation issues and manage all communication with senior management and prepare ad hoc reports for the same
  • Conduct a regular audit of all projects within the group and ensure compliance to project schedule and monitor efficient delivery of all projects according to budget and timeframe.
  • Perform validation process for all mitigation issues and documents all processes to ensure continuity of project deliverables
  • Participate in all project meetings across the group, document and monitor all agreed action plans
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure all project deliverables are according to business requirements and document all project deliverables.
  • Develop various decision points in coordination with stakeholders and ensure compliance to standard processes

Ideally you will have:


  • Minimum 3 years experience in both project management and workflow management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Asana, Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a requirement
  • Strong people skills
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and problemsolving ability
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
