Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive at NEEJA CORPORATE SERVICES. As the first point of contact for the company, the Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming guests and clients, and directing incoming calls. Additional responsibilities include managing office supplies, managing mail delivery, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office tidiness and hygiene. This role requires a personable and professional persona and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
