    Responsibilities

    • Basicunderstanding of requirements for each event at a micro levelpreferred
    • Exposureto planning, designing and coordinating event with attention tofinancial and time constraintspreferred
    • Exposureto venue booking to scheduling of speakerspreferred
    • Excellentresearch skills and negotiation skillspreferred
    • Goodknowledge vendors (catering, decorators,musicians ) contract draftingpreferred

    • 10+2preferred Bachelor s degree in hospitality management, publicrelations or relevant field ispreferred
    • Exposureto organizing successful events as event
    • Proficientin MSOffice
    • Excellentresearch skills and negotiation skills along with excellent vendormanagement skills preferred
    • Knowledgeof basic recruitment processes & practices, knowledge ofapplicable labours law
    • Outstandingcommunication and negotiationability
    • Readyto work under stressed conditions and well-organized withmulti-tasking skills and having excellent problem-solving
