Description

We are looking for an Area Manager with good experience into Retail industry and had worked in Saudi/KSA in past.


KEY ROLE:

  • Maximize Sales and Profitability in line with Company Objectives
  • Support and advice to the members of the Retail operational team within the assigned territory.
  • Responsible for the commercial development of business, through implementation & maintenance of professional standards in the assigned territory.
  • Annual business performance & target achievement
  • Monthly Performance Reviews with Store Incharge & management on Sales, Stock, manpower & Service,
  • Enhancement and maintenance of retail standards
  • Optimum Stock Management
  • Ensure higher levels of Customer Service
  • Ensure the Best Productivity from Space, Stock, Staff & drive the Sale as per Approved Budget.
  • Identify potential locations for expansion and submit the proposal to the
  • Support the project team in completion all Local formalities and approval procedures. management.
  • Enhance and Maintain Operational Standards

Qualification:


  • 810 years of experience in Retail Sales & Business Development & multiple stores management.
  • KSA Experience is a Must with an exposure to the Madinah and Riyadh market
  • Must possess GCC Driving License

Salary:
AED12, AED15,000.00 per month
