- Process all incoming and outgoingcalls accurately and courteously
- Ensure smoothinternal telecommunication as per SofitelStandards
- Accurately record and control wake-upcalls
- Assist guests with international callsand directory queries
- Call guests by namewhenever possible
- Page staff member whenrequested
- Abide by principles of guestprivacy
- Handle guests requests promptly andreport complaints to the TelephoneSupervisor
- Bill callcosts
- Aware of local telephone listings andfrequently dialed numbers
- Strictly abides bystandards policies and procedures governing cases of emergency suchas fire, bomb scare and other criticalsituations
- Advise defects on switchboardequipment to Supervisor
- Maintain a clean workenvironment
- Maintain detailed knowledge of theHotel's fire, life and safetysystem
- Adhere to OH&S policies andprocedures
