We are looking for a skilled Waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesConsistently exceed guest expectationsEnsure guest are satisfied with their food orders, beverages, and service standardsUpsell food and beverage items throughout the meal with an impeccable knowledge of the Brand StandardsMonitor guest's needs and promptly handle requestsDevelop a positive, direct, and open relationship with all colleaguesComply with health & safety, hygiene policies and procedureOperationsBe aware of restaurant skills and standards, ensuring these are followedConsistently follow the correct standards and Sequence of ServiceWork as part of a team to help colleagues whenever possibleMake sure to understand the food and beverage Menus inside outAccuracy and attention to detailsBe aware of allergy information on menu itemsMake sure that Food and Beverage knowledge are achieved to high standardAll food orders with customers are ensured and correctUse the pad to take the orderAll order is thru POS SystemWork with bartenders to fill beverage ordersWork with pizzeria and kitchen staff to process and expedite food orderMake sure you participate to every single activity made to engage our guest, create the extra experience that is what is distinguishing us on the global marketAdherence to restaurant health and safety policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, and licensing hygienically and productivelyAll maintenance matters are logged in the appropriate manner in a timely fashion and followed up as required.

Prepare the restaurant set up following the Brand's standards, make sure to be ready for the service timeFollow the grooming standards, and make sure that your uniform looks always immaculateBe on time for your shifts, and be present for the briefings
