    Responsibilities:
    Assist the sales manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Coach and mentor sales team members to improve performance and achieve sales goals. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales. Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to keep the team motivated and informed. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.


    Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
