- Supervise, organize and planactivities to ensure smooth fabrication and construction ofstructures within the stipulatedschedule.
- Review technical drawings and adviseengineering of any discrepancies before commencement of fabricationworks.
- Ensure that manpower is effectivelydeployed to deliver the productstimely.
- Resolve any technical problems orissues faced at the work site
- Study andevaluate the work sequences and methods of the Department andexplore new ideas to improve quality andproductively
- Liaise with clients'representatives and coordinate with other department supervisorsfor effective coordination of all works.
- Ensurethat Safety, Health and Environmental operating procedures arefollowed and counsel staff about compliance as necessary
- Diploma/bachelor's degreein engineering/equivalent
- Oil and GasExperience
- Excellent written and oralcommunication skills
- Good communicative skills,able to interact with people of all levels andteamwork
