As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.


Responsibilities:


Maintenance Coordination:

  • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance and repairs, to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Oversee the maintenance of building systems, machinery, and equipment in accordance with safety and regulatory standards.

Technical Expertise:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and other technical systems to address complex maintenance challenges.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment necessary for maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely availability of required materials.

Safety Compliance:

  • Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations within the maintenance team.
  • Conduct safety training sessions and ensure that all team members follow safety guidelines.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment history.
  • Prepare regular reports on maintenance performance, equipment status, and improvements.

Budget Oversight:

  • Assist in developing and managing the maintenance budget.
  • Identify costsaving opportunities while maintaining highquality standards.

Training and Development:

  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance technicians.
  • Encourage professional development and career growth within the maintenance team.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities without disrupting overall operations.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders regarding maintenance issues and progress.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and other relevant systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license

License/Certification:

  • Valid Driving license (required)
