Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish and maintain document control procedures to ensure efficient document management processes.
  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming documents and correspondence, both electronically and in hard copy format.
  • Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate the approval, revision, and distribution of documents, ensuring timely updates and version control.
  • Maintain document databases and repositories, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Assist with document formatting, editing, and formatting as needed.
  • Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures and systems.
  • Monitor document status and track document lifecycle from creation to disposal.
  • Prepare regular reports on document control activities and metrics.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in document management software and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of document control best practices and industry standards.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
