Description
l Responsible for developing, conducting, and overseeing training programs aimed at educating technicians, engineers, and clients on the operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery diesel engines.
l Involve creating and delivering comprehensive training modules, providing technical support, and ensuring that individuals possess the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively handle and maintain diesel engine equipment.
l Develop the training materials using various authoring tools
l Assess current, and future technical training needs to ensure that training solutions are proactive and support the strategic direction of the company.
l Develop and implement a follow up and tracking system to control that all operations staff has all necessary certifications as required by industry/clients.
l Responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our employees, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the oil and diesel engines.
l Create and maintain documentation such as training manuals, technical guides, and instructional videos, ensuring accessibility and relevance for ongoing training needs.
l Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions related to machinery diesel engines.
l Working closely with engineering, product development, and sales teams to relay customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that training materials align with product specifications and updates.
l Emphasizing and ensuring adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and regulations related to the operation and maintenance of machinery diesel engines.
Qualifications and Skills:
l Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
l Proven experience (3-5 years) working with a machinery diesel/ equipment's engines in a technical capacity.
l Excellent skills with machine systems (engine, power generators powertrain, hydraulic and deisel engines).
l Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
l Proficiency in creating and delivering technical training materials.
l In-depth knowledge of diesel engine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
