Summary:

Our client a well established, dynamic Private Entity is currently looking for a Financial Analyst.

This role requires the financial analyst to be a key member of a young and dynamic Finance team providing financial leadership to the Division Management team and also carrying out key Financial Analysis tasks for the division.

This position will provide decision support, governance and financial planning and analysis to drive sustainable growth, profit improvement, value creation, and efficient business and financial controls in various ERP environments.


Role:

  • Play a key role in the planning and forecasting cycles for the division, and develop annual, quarterly, and/or other periodic operating plans to drive business development opportunities; support development of annual operating plan
  • Develop monthly forecasts and coordinate periodic country level sales and income forecasts
  • Develop other plans to execute on divisional objectives (sales forecasts, spending targets, etc.)
  • Track monthly performance reporting and analysis for the divisions anc countries
  • Proactively lead forward looking financial and business analysis to deliver and discuss relevant and actionable information
  • Revenue and gross margin analysis including analysis of grosstonet sales drivers, growth enablers, pricing, product and customer mix
  • Business trends, risks and opportunities assessments (including driving action planning around alternatives)
- key initiatives tracking such as: price tracking, headcount, cost savings/income improvement programs, etc.


Requirements:


  • UAE National with family book
  • Bachelor's (or equivalent) university degree in finance, accounting, or other business area of study
  • Well verse with Microsoft Office preferably with advance excel skills
  • Experience with global ERP systems including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Hyperion etc.
  • Fluent in English
  • Creative and decisive problemsolver skills along with an inclusive team orientation
  • Proven success and comfort in a multidivisional matrix organization
  • Very adaptable to fastgrowing and changing environment
  • Good presentation and persuasion skills to drive analytical consistency across various associates
