Description

Collaborate with project managers to coordinate and execute project scope, objectives, and deliverables against timelines.
Budget management – track resources and expenses and prepare budget vs actual expense reports.
Coordinate with external vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services required for projects.
Arrange and coordinate gate passes, delivery schedules and crew transportation to and from the warehouse to the venue.
Coordinate event set-up, breakdown, safe movement of equipment and goods to and from the warehouse.
Coordinate with vendors for the ensure.
Create and implement SOPs; identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools and workflows to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
Mandatory Skills & Experience5 years' experience in live events and conferences operations include pre and post events and logistics.
Experience of working in events technology, AV and acoustics sector is an advantage.
Proficient use of MS Office and Outlook emails.
UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
Candidate ProfileCurrently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Fluent in English – professional written and verbal communication skills for client and team coordination and reporting.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with professional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Excellent problem solving, organizational, time management and administration skills with the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
EducationPMP certification is a strong advantage.
