- Developand implement risk management policies procedures and controls toidentify assess and mitigate risks related to crypto tradinginvestment andoperations.
- Conductrisk assessments and analyses to identify potential risks andvulnerabilities in our systems processes andoperations.
- Monitorand analyze market trends regulatory developments and industry bestpractices to anticipate and mitigate potentialrisks.
- Collaboratewith internal teams including compliance legal and operations toensure alignment of risk management strategies with businessobjectives.
- Developand maintain relationships with regulatory agencies industryassociations and other external stakeholders to stay informed aboutregulatory requirements and industrytrends.
- Prepareand present risk management reports and recommendations to seniormanagement and keystakeholders.
- Provideguidance and support to internal teams on risk management practicesandprocedures.
- Leadinvestigations into security breaches fraud or other riskrelatedincidents and implement correctiveactions.
- Bachelorsdegree in Finance Economics Business Administration or relatedfield; Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. FRM CFA) isaplus.
- 34years of experience in risk management preferably in the financialservices or cryptoindustry.
- Strongknowledge of risk management principles practices and regulatoryrequirements related to crypto trading andinvestments.
- Fluencyin Chinese isrequired.
- Experiencewith risk assessment tools andmethodologies.
- Excellentanalytical problemsolving and decisionmakingskills.
