Description

As a Flight Operations Officer at Falcon Wings, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of flight operations.

Working closely with our flight crews, ground staff, and clients, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of flight planning and execution to guarantee a seamless travel experience.

The position's reporting line is the Nominated Person Ground Operations


Key responsibilities include:


Flight Planning and Coordination:

Prepare and coordinate flight plans, including route selection, weather analysis, and fuel calculations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and operational standards.

Communication and Liaison:

Serve as the primary point of contact for flight crews, ground handlers, air traffic control, and clients, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout all stages of flight operations.

Logistics Management:

Coordinate aircraft scheduling, crew assignments, and ground handling services, optimizing resources to meet operational objectives while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Safety and Compliance:
Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Act as a key member of the emergency response team, providing support and coordination in the event of operational disruptions, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of flight plans, operational data, and relevant documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements. Running Reports and statistics related to Operational matters.


Salary:
AED10, AED12,000.00 per month


Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- flight & ground operations, dispatch: 2 years (preferred)
