We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Admin and Secretary.As an integral part of our organization, you will handle various administrative tasks and assist with secretarial duties to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
Secretarial Duties:
Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.
Organize and maintain confidential records and documents.
Provide administrative assistance to senior executives, as needed.
Perform general clerical tasks
Office Coordination:
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Coordinate maintenance and repair requests for office equipment and facilities.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Administrative Assistant: 4 years (required)
- Office 365 Administration: 5 years (preferred)
