Description

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all pumps and related machinery in the facility not limited to casting & pump factories, ranging from intricate CNC 5-Axis machines to heavy machinery in casting factory.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions. Manage a team of technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure timely and efficient maintenance. Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in machinery maintenance, preferably in the pumps industry. Strong knowledge of pumps and related machinery, including troubleshooting and repair techniques. Professional certifications in machinery maintenance or related field would be advantageous.
