We are looking for an
_ Information Management Manager __for an_
_ EPCM project __to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE_


Job Responsibility and Requirement

  • Management of project IM
  • Manage and development of IM requirements specifications, execution plan and procedure
  • Responsible for the collection and management of information from one or more sources and the distribution of that information to one or more audiences.
  • Uses experience and problem solving skills to develop and improve processes.
  • Managing team members
  • Configuration and implementation of Engineering Data warehouse (Aveva Engineering & ISM)
  • Implement various engineering tools.
  • Perform regular Data validation checks and Flag inconsistencies to Engineering
  • Configuration and Implementation of Tag and Data progress measurement
  • Configuration and Implementation of Tag/Data Register Exports
  • To support the detailed engineering design
  • To support and manage the flow of data and documentation to the Client
  • To follow the contractual requirements for information/data turnover to assure a seamless transfer of information to Client.
  • Ensure all requirements are successfully met

Experience required:


  • Minimum 20+ years of experience required
  • Minimum Years of experience in Oil & gas industry
  • Should have been a Manager for minimum 10+ years
  • Bachelor Degree in Science Engineering
  • Min 15 years of relevant experience especially in O&G projects with handson experience
  • Skills in Class library, Naming Rules, Attribute data definition
  • Configuration and Implementation of Data collection and validation methods, data exchange interfaces, data Exports and metrics reporting
  • Experience in Supplier Tag & Data Management
  • Configuration and Implementation of Engineering software systems & tools
  • Good Knowledge of Aveva Engineering and Aveva ISM( Database Warehouse Systems)
  • Experience in Engineering Data Class library Management
  • Experience in Database Management System, SQL development, VBA, SQL Server Reporting services
  • Good communication skills
