Responsibilities:
Opening client accounts on the system.
Assisting clients in all onboarding requirements and document checklists.
Ensure all requirements are fulfilled and all documents in line with Bank and regulatory requirementsEntertain product and/or process inquiries from prospective and existing clientsProvide support/guidance to clients on using the online trading systemAttend to complaints from clients on products, services, or erroneous transactions


Requirements:
Bachelors DegreeBasic understanding of the Brokerage functionKnowledge of all trading platforms & its related productsAcceptable verbal and written communication skills (English/Arabic)Proficiency in other languagesCustomer service orientation
