- Design labour market programs andpolicies that contribute to increase the level of participation inthe labour market and reduce unemployment
- Usinga dynamic panel model to estimate the impact of different labourmarket and policy interventions on the skills development, genderpay gap, employment rates, labour market participation, workforceproductivity and other labour marketoutcomes.
- Collect, analyze and visualize largeamounts of data related to labour and employment markets tounderstand and quantify labour supply and demand at both macro andmicro economic levels.
- Conduct policy impactassessments, and economic and social contribution analysis, toanswer policy questions related to labour and social policy designand appraisal.
- Design social security, socialdevelopment and social welfare schemes for various segments of theworkforce.
- Take PwC current labour marketpropositions to clients and develop new propositions tocommercialize across the ME.
- Identify andmanage potential external contributors to provide additionalanalysis.
- Work on business developmentactivities such as thought leaderships, business reports andbusiness proposals.
- Transfer knowledge andrelevant experience to help build the capabilities of theteam.
