Description

We are on the lookout for a proficient and highly qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in Real Estate Development and Property Development, who will join our Accounting Team

Responsibilities

Maintain and provide ongoing accounting support
Controls the master data of general ledger and offer expert financial advice
Implements accounting system.
Analyze the company's financial procedures.
Preparation of monthly Financial Report
Ensuring the adherence with state revenue service
Conducts financial audits and investigating any financial discrepancies.

Requirements:

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant
5 years of UAE experience (Property Development Company Industry is an advantage)
Familiarization of different Accounting Softwares
Experience in Accounting Firm Industry is a plus
Attention to detail and very strong leadership skills
Can join immediately is a MUST (Visit Visa/Cancelled Visa)
