Summary:


As a Relationship Manager at our prestigious car showroom, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, understanding clients' needs, and guiding them through the car purchasing process.

Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention by building strong relationships and delivering a personalized car buying experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and professionally as they enter the showroom. Engage with potential buyers to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget for the car purchase.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an indepth knowledge of our car models, features, specifications, and pricing. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expert advice and guidance on choosing the right car that aligns with their needs and lifestyle.
  • Test Drives: Coordinate and conduct test drives for potential customers to showcase the performance and features of different car models.
  • Sales Process: Manage the endtoend sales process, from the initial contact to closing the deal. Handle negotiations and pricing discussions with professionalism and transparency.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers after their showroom visit or test drive to gather feedback and address any concerns. Maintain a customer database and ensure timely followups for potential leads.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Understand the unique preferences of individual customers to provide personalized service.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional features, accessories, or service packages to enhance the customer's car ownership experience.

Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets. Collaborate on sales strategies and promotional activities.

  • Customer Events: Organize and participate in customer events, such as test drive events, product launches, and owner's meetups, to promote brand awareness and engage with customers.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Sales Executive, or a related role in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge of different car models and their features.
  • Salesdriven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Customercentric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Techsavvy with the ability to use digital tools and CRM software effectively.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Salary:
AED8, AED15,000.00 per month
