The Agile Delivery Lead – Robotics performs the role of Scrum Master, developing and leading a high-performing, multi-discipline team, instilling in them a clear vision and a passionate drive.
You will play a leading role in fulfilling the vision & driving the implementation of technical products for features that push forward the delivery efficiency of our robotics with a focus the delivery efficiency of our robotics projects with focus on AI and automation and setting standards for teams to follow.
The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for the day to day planning, leading, organising and motivation of the scrum team(s) to achieve a high level of performance and quality in the delivery of outputs that provide exceptional value to business users.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar, and 5+ years' experience in Information TechnologyExperience building, delivering and supporting robotics AI and automation systems including hardware or software roboticsCertified Scrum Master with 3+ years of practical application of the Scrum Management discipline PMI ACP (transition of existing SDCs are exempt)Proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organisation with global teams for a large organisation.
