Green Concrete LLC, a leading company in the UAE's construction and readymix sectors, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead and supervise project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth project coordination, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies throughout project lifecycles.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.
• Manage client relationships, addressing their concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to project challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the readymix concrete industry or a similar construction field.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• UAE experience and knowledge of local regulations and practices is preferred.

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

• Do you have at least 10 years of readymix industry experience?
• Do you possess CIVIL Engineering or related diploma?
