    Description

    Job Title: Faculty Member in Administrative Law

    About the Position:

    We are seeking a highly qualified faculty member to join our College of Law at UAE University. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to our teaching, research, and service missions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Teaching: The appointee will teach courses in Administrative Law to undergraduate and graduate students. Teaching experience in both Arabic and English is required.
    2. Research: The appointee is expected to maintain an active research agenda, with a focus on publishing high-quality articles in peer-reviewed Scopus-indexed journals. A strong H-index is expected to reflect their scholarly impact and significant contributions to the field of Administrative Law.
    3. Service: The appointee will contribute to departmental and university service activities, such as committee work and student advising.

    Requirements:

    • Academic Qualifications: A PhD in Administrative Law or an equivalent degree from a recognized and reputable university is required.
    • Teaching Experience: At least five years of teaching experience at a recognized and reputable university is required.
    • Research Record: A distinguished research record, including publications in peer-reviewed Scopus-indexed journals, is required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Academic Specialization: A specialization in Administrative Law is preferred.
    • Linguistic Competence: Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
