Job Description:

  • Service Desk Agent will have multilingual capabilities of English, Hindi and Malayalam
  • Log all activities, All incidents and requests to be tracked for successful resolution and closure.
  • Coordination for delivery & collection of hardware units and perform necessary documentation
  • Keeping track of all hardware inventory with record of all transactional activities. Using Hardware inventory management system with access for online/live tracking of assets.
  • Provision of daily, weekly, monthly & yearly reports for the TT's along with the hardware availability
  • Managing the enrolled devices over MDM servers (Troubleshooting & administration)
  • Managing the enrolled devices using Teamviewer remote support tool.
  • Perform activities like call logging, prioritizing in the ITSM tool
  • Resolve the calls either through telephone or by taking remote control (through Team Viewer) to increase the FCR.
  • Unresolved tickets to be escalated to the Field engineers.
  • Follow up with the Field engineers for incident closure.
  • Perform inventory management
  • Act as SPOC for the new device collection and delivery
  • The Helpdesk agents should be open to work in shifts covering 13x7 window between 10 AM 11 PM

Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Pay:
AED3, AED3,250.00 per month

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
