- Answering customer inquiries,scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up withcustomers about their order status.
- Compiling adaily list of sales leads, delegating leads to the salesdepartment, and providing sales data and guides to the salesdepartment.
- Developing and monitoringperformance indicators for sales and staff members, managing salestracking tools, and compilingreports.
- Recording sales trends and liaisingwith account managers to develop salesstrategies.
- Creating and processing orders in atimely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewingpending orders and customer requests to ensure customersatisfaction.
- Managing customer accounts,following up with customers for administrative purposes, andproviding troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses,and other problems.
- Performing data entry tasksfor sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information andmaintaining an organized and accessible filingsystem.
- Handling administrative duties for thecompany and its executives and managementteams.
- Scheduling customer meetings andconferences.
- Reporting any unusual activity toyour supervisors.
