- Previous Guest Relationsexperience in a luxury service environment
- Wellspoken and attention to highest groomingstandards
- English and other European languagesare an advantage
- Strong skills in usingMicrosoft Office and other systems (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint,Excel, Opera PMS, Messagebox, AnantaraApp)
- Required to workindependently.
- Able to balance work loadbetween administrative tasks and guest interaction on a luxurylevel (e.g. pre-arrival arrangements and guest communication,arrival amenity preparation, coordinating special occasionexperiences, receiving guest feedback through direct contact andcourtesy calls and more)
- Reporting to a GuestExperience Manager and working closely withButlers.
- Able to support Reception tasks whenneeded.
