    • Wellspoken and attention to highest groomingstandards
    • English and other European languagesare an advantage
    • Strong skills in usingMicrosoft Office and other systems (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint,Excel, Opera PMS, Messagebox, AnantaraApp)
    • Required to workindependently.
    • Able to balance work loadbetween administrative tasks and guest interaction on a luxurylevel (e.g. pre-arrival arrangements and guest communication,arrival amenity preparation, coordinating special occasionexperiences, receiving guest feedback through direct contact andcourtesy calls and more)
    • Reporting to a GuestExperience Manager and working closely withButlers.
    • Able to support Reception tasks whenneeded.
