- Deliver on MEA SMB Channel businessgoals by building & executing Channel Sales Business plansfor the countries of MEA in a tight collaboration with SMB Cloud& Software sales leadership team
- Designand drive execution in all phases of partner lifecycle –identification, recruitment, partner mapping, enablement, jointGTM, revenue growth execution
- In collaborationwith SMB sales team and Oracle Value Added Distributors, identifyand enable the right partners to achieve SMB goals in everyspecific country in the coveredterritory
- Ensure alignment of SMB focusedpartners to SMB sales territories andgoals
- Drive business planning with SMB focusedpartners
- In alignment with MEA SMB SalesEngagement rep and MEA SMB sales leaders, drive joint GTM campaignplanning and execution with partners to deliver on indirect revenuebusiness goals
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledgeof Oracle Technology propositions, articulate business propositionsto partners and help them build meaningful businessplans
- Conduct regular business reviews withpartners, SMB sales leaders & internal stakeholders toensure alignment and tracking to thegoals
- Proactive operational excellence of SMBchannel business transactions with upfrontcredit/compliance/agreements management
- Be thekey partner for the MEA SMB Technology leadership team andrepresent SMB Channel strategy
- Minimum 5 years of channel salesmanagement experience in MEA region
- Stronganalytical and organizational skills, ability to drive executionprogrammatically
- Sales experience in SMB marketpreferred
- Track record of running in the matrixrole with various stakeholders
- Self-Starter,able to roll up the sleeves, invent the approach and make the workdone
- Proficiency in English is a must. Arabicor any other language of the region, it will be aplus.
