    First point of contact/support with stockavailability, prices and inquiries.

    ·Monitor daily sales and update theteam

    · Follow up with the team to listnew products with partners

    · Follow upon reorders/payment with the team andcustomers.

    · Order/demo/return processand follow-up

    · Sending quotations tocustomers as requested by the salesrepresentative

    · Coordination withlogistics for deliveries

    · Answercustomer inquiries about products and provide offers whenneeded

    · Coordinating with theengineer for procedures for returning defectivematerials

    · The team follows up on thedaily sales report

    · Introducing theproduct to new merchants/users

    ·Schedule appointments with new/untapped partners for theteam

    · Create PRF documents for theGeneral Manager

    · Coordinate withcustomers/team/logistics for arrival and delivery dates of pendingorders

    · Send monthly inventory reportfor all products to the concernedperson

    · Maintain ISO documentationfor RD-OA regularly.

    Required profile ofcandidates
    Must be very customer focused when talking tothem.
    Strong organizational skills are required tomaintain an archiving system.
    Must be able to draftcorrespondence and have strong grammar and spelling skills as wellas strong oral communication skills.
    The candidate mustwork well in a small team environment.
    The candidate musthave proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, have a strong workethic and a commitment to punctuality.
