Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implementation of full process and system to manage suppliers, orders and warehouse
- Managing all suppliers including negotiating on pricing ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely receipt and delivery of goods and materials.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Fully supporting the chefs and store in charge to ensure all items are ordered and received on time
- Supervising warehouse daily activities including organizing and arranging products
- Carrying out full inventory of all items in the warehouse every 14 days and reporting counts and wastage to accounts team
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse
- Coordinating with driver for delivery timings
- Communicating and coordinating with other locations and teams to ensure inventory of their stocks is accurate and orders are placed on time without over stocking or understocking.
- You will be responsible for the project to fully implement the revel inventory module and fully utilizing the XERO accounting system for LPOs and Invoicing
Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
