We are looking for marketing executive

Requirements:

U.A.E experienced is mandatory

Company visa with NOC or Freelancer visa holders only.

U.A.E Driving preferred

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote medical products or services. Identify target audiences, conduct market research, and analyze competition to develop effective marketing strategies.

Product positioning and messaging:

Craft compelling value propositions, key messages, and product positioning to effectively communicate the benefits and features of medical products or services.

Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

Marketing collateral creation:

Develop high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and website content that effectively communicate product benefits and drive engagement.

Relationship building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive brand advocacy and develop educational programs.

Event planning and management:
Coordinate and organize medical conferences, seminars, workshops, and other events to showcase products or services. Liaise with event organizers, handle logistics, and ensure successful event execution.

Market analysis:
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges. Conduct regular market analysis and gather customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and optimize product positioning.

Sales support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools, product training materials, and presentations. Provide sales support by addressing customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and participating in sales meetings as needed.

Compliance and regulatory adherence:
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including healthcare compliance, data privacy, and advertising standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A healthcare-related degree is a plus.

Proven experience in medical or healthcare marketing, preferably in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare service company.

Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

Ability to think strategically and develop effective marketing strategies.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
