What you'll do:
As an MBD executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the MBD manager and the Firm. Your responsibilities will range from multiple marketing projects, including organising various internal and external events, conducting market research, analysing market trends, designing social media content, crafting engaging posts, and designing visuals in alignment with the Firms social media strategy
To succeed in this role you will require:
- 2-3 years minimum experience in a similar capacity with a reputed law firm, legal department, or other professional services firm with a marketing background.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent ability to manage projects effectively, prioritise tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- Miraculous attention to detail and organisational skills and being able to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Adaptable and eager to remain current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Understand client service standards and effectively manage client relationships.
- Willingness to adapt work schedules as needed based on workload fluctuations or scheduled events outside regular hours.
- Demonstrate outstanding IT proficiency, including expertise in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva and internet research tools. Familiarity with popular legal CRM and marketing systems for client communications.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business from a reputed University
