Chef de Partie Responsibilities:


  • Preparing specific food items and meal components at your station.
  • Following directions provided by the head chef.
  • Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure highquality food and service.
  • Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.
  • Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station.
  • Collaborating with Creamy cake.
  • Improving your food preparation methods based on feedback.
  • Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required.
  • Specializing in the creation of various types of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
  • Preparing, baking, and decorating a wide range of sweet treats, such as cakes, pies, tarts, macarons, and other confections
  • Creating and designing dessert menus
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies
  • Training and supervising staff
  • Ensuring that quality and safety standards are met.

Chef de Partie Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Past experience working in a similar role.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation.
  • Passion for delivering great food and service.
  • Multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Available to work shifts during weekends and holidays.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
